Here's a card using Mama Elephants Pix Happy Holiday. Read on to see how I created this cutie.
After stamping and coloring the images, I die cut them with the coordinating dies. Then it was time to create the background. I used Lawn Fawn cloudy border with glitter paper to create the snowy ground. Then I used My Favorite Things cloudy stencil and memento ink to create the sky. For the sentiment, I used the scripty Hooray from Mama Elephant in a pink polka dot cardstock. To finish, I added a few drops of Stickles to the sky to tie in the sparkly, snowy ground.
This card can be used for Christmas but it can also be used for a winter birthday, congrats, or even just a "thinking of you" card. I always leave the inside of my card blank so that I can go back and stamp the necessary sentiment inside when I need it. I will then, pull out an envelope that fits the card and place both into my box of premade cards.
